DataMosaic started with a straightforward concept: provide recruitment agencies with a unified perspective on how their employees are most effectively utilizing their time. Our aim is to equip agencies with valuable insights that significantly improves productivity and efficiency.
Our Team
With more than 30 years of specialised experience in Technology and Recruitment, Marco and Rohan joined forces to launch DataMosaic in 2024.
Marco has served in Consultancy roles at major Tech firms, such as Cisco and Accenture. Primarily focused on the Data & AI sectors, he has amassed significant expertise in addressing intricate business challenges through Data-Driven solutions.
Rohan began his career in recruitment in 2002 and swiftly moved on to establish his own agency a few years after. He is a recognised leader in the field, dedicated to fostering enduring client partnerships and cultivating strong teams.
Marco brings expertise from the Data & AI consultancy world to his role at Data Mosaic, where he drives innovation and shapes the company’s future. His passion solving complex problems is a rare find. Almost as rare as photo of him without snacks.
With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, Rohan brings unparalleled expertise to Data Mosaic. His deep experience and strategic approach drive client engagement and success, making him a key force behind our partnerships and growth.

2023
Defining the Problem
They say the best businesses are born out of solving difficult real world problems. In late 2023 our founders Rohan and Marco met for a coffee. Rohan, clearly frustrated at having to pull data together from 10 different places to understand his business vented over a Venti and DataMosaic was born.
2024
Designing a Solution
Marco, who had addressed comparable challenges for FTSE 100 clients, assembled a development team to create an MVP. It proved to be a significant success. We swiftly released our initial beta version, gaining insightful feedback from early users. This crucial moment allowed us to enhance our platform for improved performance and user experience.
2025
Our Vision
We plan to continue our rollout to further Recruitment Agencies throughout 2025 expanding our data integration capabilities and automating our setup processes

With the addition of more agencies, we benefit from a more comprehensive dataset for gaining insights. Our intention is to expand our application of AI, enabling us to explore the data more thoroughly, offer enhanced analytics, and provide meaningful insights and measurable business value back to our clients.
